Hi, I’m Brianna.
Lovely to meet you!
Let’s be honest: Life can be really, really hard.
My passion is to be where the pain is, for where there is pain, there is an opportunity for healing and growth. This is why I specialize in working with complex PTSD with a focus on childhood, religious, medical, relational, and first responder / military trauma.
Committed to providing high-quality care, I am trained in EMDR therapy, hold a certificate in trauma counseling, and have experience working in many high-risk clinical settings. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, a group home for sex-trafficked teens, and an adolescent residential treatment center. While undergoing my training, I had the pleasure of leading group therapy for combat veteran men recovering from addiction and PTSD, as well as partnering with law enforcement officers navigating the stressors of a high-trauma career. After working at and learning from multiple trauma-specialized private practices, I decided to open up my own.
Through each of these unique and challenging experiences, I have come to know, love, and feel confident in working with people of all ages and backgrounds. It is my hope to be your fun-and-loving-yet-hold-you-accountable hand to hold. You will find my style to be relaxed and personable while also being direct and challenging.
Having lived experience with a variety of mental health issues, I want others to know that there is life on the other side of even the most debilitating of circumstances. I look forward to seeing you get there and celebrating alongside you.
